Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 · Vector Victor LLC

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Vector V (myvectorv.com or pathway.myvectorv.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The platform

Vector V is a software platform connecting independent CFIs, students, and aircraft owners. We do not provide flight instruction ourselves. We are not a flight school, FAA-certificated training center, or aviation authority. All instruction is provided independently by CFIs who use our tools.

3. The Certified badge

The Certified badge indicates that a CFI has submitted their FAA credentials for our review and we have confirmed them as authentic. It does not constitute an FAA endorsement, guarantee instructional quality, or create any liability for Vector Victor LLC. Students should conduct their own due diligence when selecting an instructor.

4. CFI responsibilities

CFIs are solely responsible for the accuracy of their credentials, the quality of their instruction, compliance with all FAA regulations, and any endorsements they issue. By using Vector V, CFIs represent that they hold valid FAA certificates for the instruction they provide.

5. Student flight logbook

Students own their flight logbook data. CFIs may only add signatures to entries created by the student. Vector V is not a legally recognized logbook under FAA regulations — it is a digital tool to assist record-keeping. Students are responsible for maintaining their own official records as required by FAA.

6. Payments and billing

Billing between CFIs and students occurs through the platform but is ultimately a transaction between those parties. Vector V is not responsible for disputes regarding payment amounts, refunds, or service quality. Stripe processes all payments and their terms apply.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Vector V to impersonate another person, submit false credentials, scrape or copy platform data, or use the platform for any purpose that violates FAA regulations or applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Vector Victor LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including accidents, training disputes, billing issues, or data loss. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
